Transcripts must be requested in writing, either mailed or faxed.
The request must include full name when enrolled, social security number, dates of enrollment, daytime phone number and your signature.
The cost for an official transcript is $5.00 ($10.00 if faxed).
The Law School Registrar's Office does not accept credit cards.
Please note that faxed transcripts are not official and are of very poor quality due to use of security paper.
Transcripts picked up in the office are 50¢ each.
