The University of Mississippi School of Law Career Services Offices helps students develop individualized career plans and provides instruction on job search skills.  The staff also facilitates access to employers and employment resources.

The Career Services staff does not guarantee jobs.  Rather, work diligently with each student to ensure that he or she is positioned for success and possesses the skills necessary to conduct a successful job search.

Hiring a Student or Graduate

Whatever type or size of employer you are, The University of Mississippi School of Law is ready to meet your law clerk (part-time and full-time), summer associate, entry-level attorney or lateral attorney needs.

Employers have numerous options for recruiting students and alumni, including on-campus interviewing, recruiting via resume collection and posting job listings for immediate or future hiring needs

Job listings may be submitted at any time, at no charge.  Listings can be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to:

Graduates: If you do not have an account, you must create one:

1. Go to https://law-olemiss-csm.symplicity.com/students/

2. Click on the "Register" button or click on the "Register" tab.

3. In the username field, input your e-mail address. In the password field, enter olemiss2008. Click the "Go" button.

4. Complete the registration form and click "Submit". In the Student ID # field, you may enter any combination of letters and numbers – this is just a system requirement and will not be used.

Once your registration form has been reviewed by our office, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail at the address you provided.
You may then return to https://law-olemiss-csm.symplicity.com/students/. Under the "Sign In" tab, enter your username (e-mail address) and your temporary password, which will be provided in the confirmation e-mail.
